D-Day minus 56, 12 Nov 2015: Training with old friends in the rain

Legs very tired from 4 days of continuous hill walking with heavy pack. Beginning to feel stronger, though. Great to link up with old friends in the process – members of my running club, Tynedale Harriers ladies, still running and walking strong in their 50s and 60s.
